Full-Time Work Based Learning Specialist | Hayward, CA

ProCare Therapy is hiring in California! ProCare Therapy has an open contract position for Work Based Learning Specialists for this school year! We have had a great experience with this school district, and you will too. The opening will be a quick interview to hire process involving virtual interviews followed by an offer.

A full contract for the school year will be awarded to the right candidate! The position consists of:

• Starting March 15, 2024 - End of school year
  • Renewal extension for 2024-2025 academic year is determined upon performance
• K-12 caseload 
• General duties including but not limited to:
  • Collaborate with multi-discplinary team to determine business and industry support for their programs
  • Connect students with work-base learning resources such as internships, job shadowing and mentoring
  • Coordinate, organize, and facilitate advisory meetings
  • Assist with transition of students from schooling to apprenticeships, college, community and technical colleges
• Full-time
  • School hours are from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Must have at least three years of working in school settings or community organizations

This position pays at an hourly rate

• Average of $45-50
